Atlas has his second chance on life and he is loving every minute. With his chestnut and black colorings, this handsome German Shepherd is a head turner. His good looks are matched by his friendly personality. Atlas enjoys meeting new people and has a happy disposition that will rub off on anyone that meets him.
We are happy to once again have teamed up with Char-Wills GSD Rescue. In his prior life, Atlas spent his days at as a breeding dog in Pennsylvania where he was viewed as livestock. The folks at Char-Wills brought him into their program and showered him with love and affection. Atlas quickly returned the favor.
Atlas was recently transferred to our program. He has settled in nicely. We have slowly introduced him to a few of the Sedona dogs. He was great on a pack walk with Klara, and ignored her in the yard for them most part, but eventually became a little too frisky for her . He can easily walk down the street and ignore other dogs, but we are still learning if he could live with one full time. Atlas is in great health. For anyone looking for a friendly, affectionate adult German Shepherd, then Atlas is your boy.
