Lacey is an 8-year-old spayed purebred German Shepherd with a loving heart and a playful spirit. She’s intelligent, energetic, and full of life—always ready for a game of tug of war with her favorite rope toys or a good round of fetch. Her absolute favorite are squeaky toys, which bring out her playful side the most.

Lacey adores hugs, cuddles, and having her ears and belly rubbed—she’s a true snuggle buddy. She also looks forward to bathtime, car rides, and daily walks, enjoying every moment spent with her human friends.

While Lacey thrives on affection and activity, she does need gentle reassurance during fireworks and thunderstorms, as these can be stressful for her. While she prefers to be the only pet, she did previously live with a dog and with careful introductions she might be able to co-exist and thrive with a friendly large dog.

Loyal and loving, Lacey would make a wonderful addition to a family with children or a devoted companion to be spoiled as an only pet.
